Rationale is that something like 77% of sodium comes from the processed foods meaning that consumers are unable to self-regulate

Do you proof these before updating or just write long tweets? Also, where are the numbers in the NBA article? I see no actual financials on that page. (a TL;DR would be nice too that thing was mammoth).
NBA teams have like 12 players to pay, each banking exorbitant salaries, you'll see their salaries stay stagnant for a while until the teams can turn majorly profitable again.
